Takes new PO’s, Invoices and customers from CRM CUSTOM and puts them into Quickbooks with the click or two of a button.

TECHNICAL:
We export the mySQL files into a format that Quickbooks will import with a scheduled cron job, typically once a day. That file is downloaded to the customers computer that has the Quickbooks application on it. The user opens our .NET program and uses it to import the new file of PO’s, Invoices and customers into Quickbooks. Error logs are included.

CRM CUSTOM eCommerce integrated with Quickbooks.
Takes new web orders and customers from Zen Cart and places them into CRM. Then new PO’s, Invoices and customers from CRM are put into Quickbooks with the click or two of a button.

Zen Cart and CRM are open source products that have been integrated. Zen Cart runs on Linux/Windows, Apache, PHP and mySQL, LAMP/WAMP. We have two software versions, one .NET and one PHP.
