About Us

Located in Scottsdale, Arizona, we have been developing and integrating software since 2002. We changed our logo and name in 2009 from Information and Communication Systems to iDEAL.

Having explored ACT!, Goldmine, Microsoft CRM and other systems in depth over the years we found that vtiger was the best foundation to build a customizable CRM system. The free, open source software vTiger was enhanced by us for our service based company and then we started supplying it to other organizations. After we tied it into Zen Cart for eCommerce and Quickbooks for the back end General Ledger we sat back, smiled and said this is really good. It saves time and money. It was so good we decided to share it with the world.

 
  October 2, 2008 - Microsupply.com celebrates their one year anniversary using CRM+ecommerce +Quickbooks.
